Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Originals and limited edition prints may take additional time if special handling or documentation is required.

Packaging

• Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
• Smaller prints ship flat in protective mailers; larger prints are rolled in sturdy mailing tubes. Originals are packaged with protective layers and reinforced for security.
• Every piece is signed and, when applicable, includes a certificate of authenticity.

Shipping Options

• Domestic (U.S.): Shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped. 
  
  
• International: Available to most countries. Delivery times vary (generally 2–4 weeks) depending on location and customs. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees.

Tracking

• You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Damages or Issues

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement print or partial refund.
• Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier.

Returns

• All sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
